1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have received access to download our video editing bundle (LUTs, animations, presets, and templates), we cannot offer refunds as the digital content cannot be returned.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of purchase
  • You must provide a detailed explanation of the issue
  • You must demonstrate that you have attempted to use the products
  • Technical issues must be reported and we must be unable to resolve them

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Access to download links will be revoked
